WILL SMITH - CEO of the GREENSHAW LEARNING TRUST, leader of By Leaders for Leaders and previously leader of the PiXL network
Will has worked as a senior school leader for over 15 years and was a national leader in education as leader of the PiXL network, supporting half of the secondary schools in England and Wales.
Will's keynote will cover deliberate and courageous leadership – Trust wide teaching and learning principles that maximise outcomes and reduce stress and strain.
